A steady guide for a difficult chapter

I work with Nest Seekers from Hoboken, serving families and fiduciaries across Hudson County — and nearby Bergen County when a respectful as-is path is needed. My practice centers on probate, inherited-property, and pre-foreclosure sales — situations where listening matters as much as market knowledge.

Before focusing deeply on this niche, I built a foundation in mortgages and residential real estate. That background helps when estates face liens, payoff questions, or a foreclosure timeline. I’m a problem-solver by nature: if a cleanout, access plan, or as-is pricing strategy will reduce stress for the family, we’ll talk through it plainly.

The work is referral-driven. In recent years the practice has been in the range of roughly $15–20 million in annual volume— a figure I’m grateful for, and one that still comes back to treating the next family with the same care as the last. I’m a member of the Liberty Board of REALTORS® and stay involved in the local community.

You won’t find a wall of trophies here. What I offer is reliability — returning calls, coordinating with counsel, and treating every inherited or distressed home as someone’s story, not just an address.
