Before focusing deeply on this niche, my career began in 1998. At Norwest Mortgage, a Wells Fargo company, I handled all of the company's listed homes statewide. Every buyer for those listings was pre-approved through me personally. I'm not a lender today. I earned my MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University while working full-time at Norwest Mortgage, a Wells Fargo company. That background helps when estates face liens, payoff questions, lender timelines, or a foreclosure clock — I’ve sat on the bank side of distressed properties, so I speak both languages. I’m a problem-solver by nature: if a cleanout, access plan, or as-is pricing strategy will reduce stress for the family, we’ll talk through it plainly. I have also invested in and developed real estate here in New Jersey and internationally in Ecuador. That hands-on investor and developer experience — local and cross-border — helps when families need someone who understands both the Hudson County market and the realities of building, holding, and exiting property.

The work is referral-driven. It still comes back to treating the next family with the same care as the last. I stay involved in the local community.
